Do you really come to my house, work or anywhere I park?

Yes — that's the whole point. We're fully self-contained: we bring water, power, equipment and a 5-star setup to wherever your car is parked across London. Driveways, kerbsides, residential car parks, office bays — as long as we can reach the car safely, we'll be there.

Which areas of London do you cover?

We cover most of central and west London by default — Acton, Ealing, Chiswick, Shepherd's Bush, Hammersmith, Kensington, Notting Hill, and surrounding postcodes. For locations further out (East / South-East London), give us a call and we'll let you know if we can fit it in.

How long does each service take?

Accepted Answer

Most of our valets land between 1 and 3 hours, depending on the package and vehicle size. A quick exterior or interior valet is around 75–90 minutes; a full valet on a saloon takes ~3 hours; multi-stage detailing on an SUV can take a full day. We'll give you a precise time estimate when we confirm your booking.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Cash, bank transfer, and contactless card on site. We'll send a clear receipt by email after the job is complete. No deposit is required for standard valets — payment is taken when we finish.

Question 5

What if the weather is bad?

Accepted Answer

Light rain isn't usually a problem — we work under cover where possible. If conditions are heavy enough to compromise the finish, we'll reschedule at no charge. We'd rather move the slot than deliver a result you're not happy with.

Are you insured and is my paint safe?

Yes. We carry full public liability insurance, and every wash uses the two-bucket method with paint-safe lambswool mitts and pH-neutral chemicals. No abrasive brushes, no sponges, no swirl-inducing shortcuts.

Can I book a regular appointment?

Definitely — and we recommend it. Most of our customers are on a monthly or fortnightly schedule. Mention it when you book and we'll keep the same slot and bring the same products each visit. Loyal customers also get priority on same-day requests.

What's the difference between a 'valet' and 'detailing'?

Accepted Answer

A valet is regular maintenance — wash, decontaminate, vacuum, polish if needed. Detailing goes much deeper: clay-bar treatment, multi-stage paint correction, ceramic sealants, leather restoration. Detailing is for paint enthusiasts and pre-sale prep; valets are for everyone.

How much does mobile car valeting cost in London?
